With the following text, we would like to inform you about the type, scope and purpose of the collection and use of personal data on our website.
Use of the website and automatic data collection
You can visit our non-password-protected Internet pages without disclosing personal information about your identity, such as your name, e-mail address, address data or other personal details.
Automatic data collection
When you visit our website, the following data is transmitted to us:
Browser type and version,
Operating system used
Website from which you visit us (referrer URL)
Website you visit
Date and time of your access
Your Internet Protocol (IP) address
If the use of the IP address is no longer necessary for the purposes of system stability and security, the last octet is shortened so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. In this anonymized form, the data is stored for twelve months and evaluated for statistical purposes.
Collection of further data
If you decide to contact us or to order or use one of our Internet services, such as subscribing to a newsletter or receiving information material, we require further information about you, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and other offer-specific information. The provision of your personal data is always voluntary and subject to your free decision. We will only collect and use the data required to fulfill the respective purpose.
After the purpose has been fulfilled or at your request, we will delete your personal data unless there is a legal obligation to do so - e.g. for tax reasons when charging for services subject to a fee.
Subject to the further information in this data protection notice, your data is stored exclusively on specially protected computer systems within Germany. Access to these systems and the data stored on them is only permitted to persons who are entrusted with the use of the data as part of their original operational tasks and for whom a separate password-protected access authorization has been set up. With the help of appropriate technical and organizational measures for data protection and IT security, we ensure that your data is always treated confidentially.
SSL encryption
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as the requests you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary for the establishment, content or modification of the legal relationship (inventory data). We collect, process and use personal data about the use of our website (usage data) only insofar as this is necessary to enable the user to use the service or to bill the user.
Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Personal data will only be collected, stored or processed within FUSE-AI GmbH and by external service providers who are contractually bound as data processors within the framework of the applicable data protection regulations.
Your personal data will not be passed on to parties other than those involved in processing your request. Further information on the bodies involved can be found in the service-specific information.
If we have commissioned external service providers to process personal data, this is done in compliance with data protection regulations and with the aim of ensuring that the service providers only use the data entrusted to them in accordance with our contractually agreed instructions and that we are granted a right of control with regard to the technical and organizational measures to be observed by the contractor.
Insofar as a legal obligation exists, we are obliged to do so by court order and for the purposes of criminal prosecution, we will transfer your data to authorities entitled to receive information.
Newsletter data
We require an e-mail address from you in order to send you our newsletter. Verification of the e-mail address provided is necessary and you must consent to receiving the newsletter. Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.
The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. To withdraw your consent, simply send us an informal email or unsubscribe via the "Unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted if you unsubscribe. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with us.
Use of cookies
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that are downloaded to and stored on your computer or other internet-enabled device, such as your tablet or cell phone, when you visit our website. A cookie usually contains the name of the website from which the cookie originates, the "lifetime" of the cookie (i.e. how long the cookie will remain on your device) and a value, which usually consists of a randomly generated, unique number.
You can change the settings so that cookies are blocked or you are informed when cookies are sent to your device. There are different ways to deal with cookies. Please use your browser instructions or the help menu to find out more about how to adjust your browser settings.
If you disable the cookies we use, this may affect the usability of our website for you, for example, you may no longer be able to visit some areas of our website or you may no longer be able to view information tailored to your personal preferences.
If you use different devices to visit our website (e.g. your computer, your smartphone, your tablet, etc.), you should ensure that the cookie settings you require are set for each browser and on each device.
Why do we use cookies?
We use cookies to compile usage statistics and to find out how you arrived at our website. We also use cookies to compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how visitors use our website and to improve the structure and content of our website.
We cannot identify you personally from this information.
Which cookies are contained on our website?
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If a user is logged into the social networks Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, XING or LinkedIn, cookies are also set by the operator of the social network in question. We cannot control this.
Browser plugin
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
Social plugins from Vimeo
Social plugins from the Vimeo service are used on our websites. These social plugins can be used to send personal data to the service providers (including non-European countries) and may be used by them.
We do not collect any personal data ourselves by means of the social plugins or through their use. We have configured the social plugins in such a way that no personal data is initially passed on to the providers of the individual social plugins when you visit our website. Only when you click on one of the social plugins can data be transferred to the service provider and stored there.
When you click on the corresponding buttons of the service providers, they receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our online offering. You do not need to have an account with this service provider or be logged in there. If you are logged in with the service provider, this data is assigned directly to your account. If you click on one of the social plugins and, for example, link the page, the service provider also saves this information in your user account and shares this publicly with your contacts.
If you do not wish to be associated with your profile with the service provider, you must log out before clicking on one of the social plugins.
We have no influence on whether and to what extent the service providers collect personal data. We are also unaware of the scope, purpose and storage period of data collection. It must be assumed that at least the IP address and device-related information is collected and used. It is also possible that the service providers use cookies.
Further information from the service providers in detail:
Vimeo videos and related data collection and use
You can watch videos on our websites that are integrated by means of a Vimeo plugin. As soon as you visit a website of our offer on which such a Vimeo plugin is integrated, a connection to the Vimeo servers is established. Various information may be transmitted to Vimeo, e.g. your IP address or which page of our website you are currently visiting. If you watch a video integrated in this way, this data may also be stored and used further by Vimeo. In this case, if you are logged in to Vimeo at the same time as your Vimeo account, Vimeo may be able to assign your surfing behavior to your Vimeo user profile. You can prevent such data processing by logging out of your Vimeo account before visiting our website.
The "extended data protection mode" for Vimeo videos is activated on our websites. As this is a third-party service, we have no influence on the processing of corresponding data by Vimeo. The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Vimeo as well as your rights in this regard and setting options to protect your privacy can be found in the corresponding information on data protection https://vimeo.com/privacy
Security during data transmission
With data communication in open networks, such as the Internet, the protection of the transmitted data cannot be fully guaranteed according to the current state of the art and cannot be completely protected against access by third parties. Therefore, please do not send us any confidential data via the Internet (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) without adequate protection. However, all forms on this website where personal data is collected are encrypted using the TSL 1.2 protocol.
Processing of data in other countries outside Germany
Subject to the further information listed in this data protection notice, your personal data collected via our website and stored on our computer systems will not be processed outside Germany.
Information on data processing, rectification, restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object and erasure of data
You have the right at any time to obtain information about the personal data stored or processed about you, its origin and recipients and the purpose of its collection and processing. For this purpose, you can send an e-mail to info@fuse-ai.de. We will also correct your stored data at your request. If you have given us your consent to store or process your data, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future (to info@fuse-ai.de), unless another address has been specified in the specific context. As of May 25, 2018, you can also exercise your rights to restrict processing and data portability or object to certain forms of processing of personal data if and to the extent that the legal requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation are met in the individual case and with regard to the service used.
We will delete your data stored in our systems as soon as the purpose of the storage or processing no longer exists. For this purpose, we regularly check whether the need for storage still exists. If you wish your personal data to be deleted, we will comply with this request, provided that the deletion does not conflict with legal regulations, such as retention obligations. For this purpose, you can send an e-mail to info@fuse-ai.de.
Google Analytics
This website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.
IP anonymizationWe have activated the IP anonymization function on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.

Google Fonts
This website uses web fonts from Google to display certain fonts. The provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache in order to display texts and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. As a result, Google becomes aware that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font will be used by your computer. Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/
Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are
Browser type and browser version
Operating system used
Referrer URL
Host name of the accessing computer
Time of the server request
IP addressThis data is not merged with other data sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfillment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Contact form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for the revocation. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Right to data portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfillment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.
Objection to advertising e-mails
We hereby object to the use of contact data published as part of our obligation to provide a legal notice for the purpose of sending unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.
